Second stop of the IAME Series Germany: Wackersdorf

It’s full speed ahead for the participants of the IAME Series Germany and the Shifter Series Germany. Just two weeks after the successful season opener, the second stop of the year takes place this coming weekend (June 6 and 7, 2026). This time, the series heads to Pro Kart Raceland in Wackersdorf, Bavaria, one of the most famous and popular tracks in Germany. Once again, the IAME Mini Swift, X30 Junior, and X30 Senior classes will be competing, along with the KZ2 and KZ2 Masters shifter karts.

The strong debut of the IAME Mini Swift in Kerpen was a great success for the organizers. A good number of participants are expected in Wackersdorf as well, thanks to another promotional offer for engines and tires. The X30 Juniors are also well-attended: here, the frontrunners from Kerpen will face guest drivers preparing for the IAME Euro Series.
The X30 Senior class is considered a highlight. Once again, nearly 20 drivers are on the provisional entry list—a number that will likely increase with several guest starters. Here too, training for the upcoming IAME Euro Series visit to Wackersdorf is a major draw.

After a somewhat cautious start for the Shifter Series Germany in Kerpen, the number of participants for the race in Wackersdorf has more than doubled—setting the stage for an exciting race weekend.
If you want to see the series for yourself, you can take part in the free practice sessions on Friday and Saturday and even plan a last-minute start. Additionally, the organizers are providing live timing again, and both the first official sessions on Saturday and the Superheats and Finals on Sunday will be broadcast live on the series’ YouTube channel (@IAMESERIESGERMANY).
