The outer/main track of the Erftlandring at Raceworld Kerpen measures 1,107 meters in length with a width of about 7 meters. The lap begins with a fast right-hand turn (“T1”) and leads via a distinctive hairpin (“T2”) into a challenging left-right combination (“Waldgeschlängel” / “T5”) and a long left-hand turn (“T6”), before transitioning via the “Von-Trips Kurve” (“T8”) and the spectacular “Mutkurve” (“T9”) into the “Schumacher-Schikane” (“T10”). The track layout demands a perfect line, constant momentum, and does not forgive mistakes – a challenging environment for participants in the IAME Series Germany.
